Gula World Refund & Return Policy

45-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee
Gula World offers a 45-day limited money-back guarantee from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier. This guarantee applies only to:
- Damaged orders (items damaged in transit)
- Lost orders (confirmed lost in transit under the terms below)
- Unopened items (sealed, unused, and in original packaging)
This policy does not apply to opened or used items (see “Non-returnable items” below).
How to start a request
To request a refund, replacement, or return authorization, contact us at:

Include: your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request.
Important: Please do not send returns without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Damaged orders (in transit)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- A photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the shipping box/packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Resolution: After review, we will offer (at our discretion) a replacement or a refund. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.
Lost orders
An order is considered “lost” when:
- The carrier shows no delivery, and
- Tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days (domestic) or 20 consecutive business days (international) after it ships, or the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Resolution: Once deemed lost, we will offer (at our discretion) a replacement shipment or a refund.
Delivered but missing: If tracking shows Delivered, the order is not considered lost. We will help you investigate with the carrier (and request supporting documentation if needed), but we cannot guarantee a refund for theft/misdelivery.
Unopened returns (45 days)
We accept returns of unopened items requested within 45 days of delivery, provided that the product is:
- Unopened, unused, and sealed
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition (no damage, markings, or missing components)
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a verified shipping damage issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds under our 45-day limited guarantee:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Items returned without authorization
- Items returned after 45 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or normal wear
- Orders with an incorrect/undeliverable address provided at checkout
- Any free gifts/promotional items (unless required by law)
Refunds (timing and method)
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary)
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us about a return of any eligible unopened product.
Subscriptions
If you have a subscription, you are responsible for managing upcoming renewals before the next billing date. Refund eligibility for subscription orders follows the same rules above (damaged, lost, or unopened only).

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
